"Paid" reservations go to the overflow list.
They will be actioned in the order that they are received with one caveat: All paid reservations from entrants and consorts will be exhausted before we dip into the rest of the list.
The list remains "frozen" until one week after the entrant list is published by the crown. In that week, we will be contacting the entrants and inviting them to reserve.
Anyone in the entrant/consort list who is already on our reserved list will be retained without diminishing the "hold" list. Spaces remaining after the hold list is filled from E&C will be filled from the non-E&C overflow list.
The overflow list will not be made public, but will be available amongst event officers.
Anyone on the reserved list whose payment is not in-hand (with some exceptions for Americans) by the deadline will be bumped and their spots filled from overflow.
Once the paid reservation deadline is past and the list adjusted to reflect received payments, all lists will "freeze": further in-filling will be done "on the day" by the gate steward.
Folks who sent a paid reservation and didn't get onto the feast will have the feast portion of their fee refunded.
