I added place holders for the new prince, new princess, head table guests, and the spots reserved for tourney entrants and their consorts. As those items are determined (ahem, except for the heirs) they will be filled in.
I thought this would eliminate any misunderstanding, since the number of reserved seats should add up to 160.

The maps of the drill hall layouts have been changed to incorporate the details specified by the kingdom earl marshal (20' x 20' fields), and the new location of the fighters' dayboard and the general populace dayboard.
